Inter Con Private Security 02/01/20...-Present As a Post Commander I oversee three security locations in Irwindale, CA, for Southern California Edison (SCE). With 15 Security Officers that I oversee. Manage all the scheduling, disciplinary actions, and any commendations. I conduct Incident reports, post inspections, respond to any emergency situations, and conduct foot patrols on all three facilities. Monitor the call center for SCE Irwindale Business Center (IBC) premises to detect and prevent signs of potential threats and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Operate over 60 surveillance cameras to monitor interior and exterior private and public areas. Train all new security personnel on SCE security standard operating procedures. I have my guard card and exposed firearms permit, also I have my first aid, AED, and CPR. I speak Spanish, I have baton/ collapsible, chemical agents (OC spray), handcuffing, powers of arrest/ weapons of mass destruction, anti-terrorism, less-lethal, and SB-1626/ school security.
