As a Secondary School Principal, I took a failing educational facility, combined the efforts of both teachers and students and administrative staff creating action plans directly impacting existing needs resulting in exceptional improvement. I then entered the corporation where I developed selling skills and took a territory riddled with cancellations and poor sales and seeing the enormous potential it had, stopped all cancellation in one year and achieved a 500% sales success in revenues. I entered the banking industry where I was the top closer in international business deals. I took early retirement and found it was not for me. I then entered the Health Insurance Industry where I remained for 16 years controlling and developing the sales function and retention as well as recovery and support and enjoyed 16 years of superior productivity.
